wait, what are we actually ‘doing’ together?

Although there are some additional services available, I primarily charge for time. Accordingly, I don’t have a service list. The world is our oyster! Clients are invited to initiate a conversation about their goals via email, if there is something specific on their minds. However, if you’re feeling stuck, please reach out!

i’ve sent a deposit, how should I pay my balance?

Cash on the day is preferred. However, many of my clients have taken to pre-booking via EFT or the Beem smartphone application.

is Grace real?

You got me. She’s actually my cat, Pinot, in a wig.

If you’ve not yet had the pleasure of communicating with my lovely booking assistant, Grace, I can assure you that she’s very real. My time is generally split between attending bookings or classes, and studying. I’ve hired Grace so that I can stay sane, and my clients can achieve timely responses.

you have a PA. how do I know that my privacy is protected?

Discretion is the name of this game, and I respect that my having a booking assistant can be a bit of a sticking point for some. To protect your privacy, there is a confidentiality clause written into Grace’s contract which prohibits her from revealing anything about my business or clientele, either now or in the future.

i don’t want to talk to your PA, i want to talk to you.

These days, only long-term clients have access to direct communication channels. However, I’ll check in with you via email just prior to our appointment, to confirm that we’re all set and that I’m on my way.

Sure is.

i don’t want to have to pay to reschedule my appointment.

I understand. As someone with a crazy schedule, I recognise that ‘life happens’ sometimes, and it’s not fair to impose a fee for that. However, Grace deserves to be compensated for her role in communicating with clients if/when they habitually push their bookings back, or decide to cancel with an intention to rebook when life slows down for them. For this reason, there is only a fee involved when there are multiple attempts to reschedule.

do you see couples?

Absolutely. There are no additional fees for couples bookings.

i’m _. does that matter?

Unless the rest of that statement says “underage” or “unwell and need to reschedule,” your personal circumstances are absolutely not an issue for me. I welcome clients of all genders, ethnicities, socioeconomic backgrounds, and just about any other demographic you can think of.

when are you visiting my city?

I am beholden to a fairly rigorous study schedule. Consequently, I aim to visit Brisbane, Sydney, and Perth approximately twice per year. I visit other states less often, and mostly by request. Keep your eye on my Twitter feed for updates on my movements.

i see you have a cat, but i’m allergic!

Worry not, Pinot will not be invited to our appointment. I also go to great lengths to ensure that my body and clothing are free from pet hair prior to all bookings.
